Here's a big game-changing strategy to get you started right away:

🌱 “Please don't begin your plant-based journey the dieting way, only eating run-of-the-mill salads or veggies boiled in water and think that you’re gonna love plant-based living, because that way is not going to bring you joy…. so it won't last.

If you like burgers, tacos, shepherds pie, waffles, pancakes, biscuits, pasta salads (no, carbs are not your enemy - promise!), cheesy soups & stews, alfredo sauce, creamy mashed potatoes, lasagna, and desserts then you need to find the way to keep enjoying those meals. A way that will actually build…your…health.

I want you to know that your taste buds will absolutely adjust as you go, and as a result, you'll discover amazing flavors in straight-up produce that you couldn't even taste before. But you need the delicious and realistic way to turn whole plant foods into your favorite meals, the meals you already love if you want to build a healthy way of living that will last. "

I know that finding a healthy lifestyle you actually enjoy sounds amazing and somehow out of reach, especially with all of the delicious meal options I mentioned above. But I promise it's possible, because this is our reality, and that our of clients, every single day.

For some reason when people hear that we’re plant-based they feel a little sorry for us, thinking that we are somehow depriving ourselves of flavor and enjoyment. This could not be any farther from the truth. In fact, we often sit around the table giggling about how “deprived” we are while thoroughly enjoying meals that we love. And I have to tell you, the results make it all the sweeter! ;)
