Mike has been a mentor to me since we first met around 5 years ago - when I first started my purpose journey.

He is an international lecturer, Author, and the founder of In Better Company which helps individuals, organisation and industry groups surface their true purpose and align their business behaviour to it.
Mike worked for over 40 years in Advertising, quickly rising through the ranks to become Executive Creative Director at Marketforce, before he and his business partner Ronnie Duncan created their own award-winning purpose-based agency Meerkats in 2004. He has lectured in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Dubai, Bangkok and Jakarta. In 2018 Mike authored a book titled “Truth. Growth. Repeat. – A business manual for Generation Why.” With his business partner Ronnie Duncan, he recently opened The Perth School of Purpose.

Mike is SUCH a wealth of passion and wisdom, and I LOVED our chat. We barely skimmed the surface so there will definitely have to be a part 2!
