The Consumer Friend is a fun twist on Consumer Rights, aiming to train people on what their rights are when buying goods, services and digital content. www.ConsumerFriend.org.uk was started in July 2022 by a small team of Trading Standards professionals who passionately believe that understanding your rights is key to getting a better deal for everyone.
