Our emotional health affects how we relate to others. Our relationships have an effect on our emotional health. I will discuss what emotional health is, how to develop it, how people we relate with affect our emotional health, and how to stay emotionally healthy. My discussed will be based on research as well as my own personal experience.
 
After 20 years of chronic illness, including 10 years unable to work with chronic fatigue syndrome, leaving her dream job and selling her house and car to live, Kim was about to give up hope.
