We're back with Zane Truscott today with some ancient wisdom about consciousness, but it doesn't matter how many principles we discuss without being in the frame of mind to grow, learn, and connect back to the earth. There's nothing more important to us than our health.
Complexity is the enemy of execution. The more complicated we make the situation around health, the less likely we are to actually do it. The odds are stacked against humanity right now with the rise of processed foods and environmental toxins.
Zane's 7 steps to take charge and empower yourself:

  1. Reduce toxicity
  2. Boost hydration
  3. Heal your gut
  4. Cycled fasting
  5. Functional movement
  6. Practice your passion
  7. Build mental muscle

In order to start from a good baseline, here are some basics that Zane strongly recommends:

  1. Breathe clean air - take breaks to go outside if you need to.
  2. Drink enough energized water
  3. Sunshine, which is the primary source of vitamin D
  4. Whole foods for 80% of your diet
  5. Walking - 30-45 minutes per day
  6. Nurture nontoxic relationships
  7. Practice your passion
