Hi, this is trainer Arnaud van der Veere from The Hague, Netherlands. Today we do Dutch Kick Boxing and Dutch Muay Thai with the 3-minute and 15-round special edition. Each round is followed by 45 seconds of rest. During the training, we combine the eight weapons of this sport organically. You follow the instructions as given with your twist and inside your abilities and skills. If you need more technical skill background, watch my Youtube movies, come for instructions or follow your local gym lessons. We start with a warming up now. Turn off the recording if you need a longer warming up. Here we start with a 3-round and 45-second warm-up.

Round 1 – Left / Right jab till call to change / Left / right elbow till call to change / Left + right low kick till call to change / Left and right knee
Round 2 – Double left jab / step over / double right jab / left low kick / right low kick
Round 3 – Left hook / Right hook / Left knee / Right low kick
Round 4 – Right front kick / Left low kick / Right & Left jab
Round 5 – POWER ROUND – Left & Right Jab / Low kick
Round 6 – POWER ROUND – Left & Right Elbow / Left knee
Round 7 – CONTINUE ROUND – 2 Body punches followed by 2 Head punches
Round 8 – CONTINUE ROUND – Left & Right jab / Left low kick / step over / Right & Left Jab / Right low kick
Round 9 – SPEED ROUND – catch bag and knees
Round 10 – SPEED ROUND – Elbow punches followed directly by knee kcks
Round 11 – TECH ROUND – Front kick / Spinning back kick
Round 12 – TECH ROUND – Mid section kicks with front and back side leg, listen to instructions
Round 13 – Left low kick / Left high kick, step over, Right low kick / Right high kick
Round 14 – Swing round starting with a Left jab / Right spinning backfist ( FOR MYSELF – LEFT ELBOW / RIGHT SPINNING ELBOW , left side kick / right side kick etc)
Round 15 – FREE ROUND
