Community is quickly becoming a buzzword, and the only reason more people haven't bough in is because they think there is no way to measure it.
But they're wrong because they are all only looking at it from a marketers' lens.
Social sciences have been measuring community for a long time.
That's why when I found a trained anthropologist turned marketer that is a skilled data scientist, I had to have her on. Little did I know that my first conversation with Venia Logan would be hands down the most compelling conversation I've had about community EVER.
Seriously. I've never heard anyone that strikes right at the heart of what I've been trying to explain so succinctly and tangibly as she does.
I can't freaking wait to host her on the show to talk about:
- How to look at marketing ROI from community (lead generation, LTV, content performance)
- What makes a community brand work and traditional brands not work
- why the advantage as community is becoming a bigger advantage than you ever (and why it has been ignored until now)

In 2012, she created RESCQU.NET. – a nonprofit organization that simultaneously marketed to an invisible audience and catered to their anonymity. In 2017, she graduated with a degree focused on community management that took her around the world. In 2017 she became a full-stack marketer at DigitalMarketer. For the past 5 years, she has built quantitative and qualitative data measurement tools for brand communities online. With SociallyConstructed.Online she is committed to helping businesses build robust, self-sustainable communities. She wants to offer you and your business that same chance.
