A former Fortune Global 50 exec, I’m a coach and consultant who specializes in accelerating the success of legal and compliance executives and their teams. My clients include Adobe, Gap, Chegg, Boehringer Ingelheim, Lyft, FedEx, and Bank of the West. An author and frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, and Compliance Week, I previously shaped company culture and strategic initiatives as an executive (CAO, Chief Compliance Officer, and Chief HR Officer) at Fortune Global 50 companies such as McKesson and Allianz. A lifelong diversity advocate, I testified for the successful passage of the first laws in the U.S. requiring corporate boards to include women.
