Vincent Rigby is the former national security and intelligence advisor to the Prime Minister and Dr. Thomas Juneau is an associate professor at the University of Ottawa specializing in public safety and security issues. Rigby and Juneau discuss current threats to Canada including both foreign and domestic threats, disinformation, and the need for executive attention to the evolving threat environment.
