Business owners who want to charge thousands and make a lot of money (totally fine) but also want to pay almost nothing for someone to be on their "team" and have high expectations of their work.

I get wanting your team to do good work for you.

I don't understand wanting to pay as little as possible (I'm talking $15/hr or much less) when you're apparently making so much AND expecting a lot...
