He's originally from Mission BC, began his standup career in Vancouver before moving to Toronto and then LA. After his comedy career he got involved in the communication training business and is now the author of 15 books. His novels include Count of the Sahara, Acre's Bastard and Acre's Orphans, and most recently he introduced the first book in the JOhnny Lycan series, Johnny Lycan and the Anubis Disk. He's recognized as a world-leading expert in remote work and virtual business communication with books like The Long-Distance Leader, and the Long-Distance Teammate. and he's the co-founder of the Remote Leadership Institute.
