In this special episode of Dear Hormones, Jenny Smith and Kate Bauss are joined by actress, TV presenter, columnist and equality campaigner Nicola Thorp. Nicola speaks openly and honestly about her struggles with PMT, taking the pill and all things hormones. She shares stories from her childhood revealing how much she struggled with her periods as well as revealing a very recent hormonal episode involving her long term boyfriend.
Dear Hormones is a podcast for women to confide in each other about the times their hormones have got the better of them be it puberty, PMT, pregnancy or the menopause. Sharing their own experiences too, Jenny and Kate read letters from women talking about all kinds of issues relating to their hormones.
