John White
John White is the President & CEO of Matador Investment Group, which owns around 600 units in the Southeastern US and is rapidly expanding, with several hundred more units under agreement to close in 2021. He graduated from Texas Tech University in 2016 with a 4.0 GPA in Petroleum Engineering and subsequently worked as a construction manager on multimillion dollar projects within the oil and gas industry, while simultaneously building a retail business that earned revenues of nearly $3M prior to its sale. He is also a licensed real estate agent in Texas and has been involved in approximately $100M in multifamily transactions to date. In addition to leading Matador, John is currently attending Harvard Law School to complete a J.D. degree.
