Alex Falconi went from having Zero custody to Primary Custody. Learn what he did that can help you.

"My ex didn't want me to see our son. It was because of, I guess, revenge purposes is the quickest way to explain it. The entire case is published on my YouTube channel, people who want to watch it. And I filed the custody petition because that's what I had to do.

Because I wanted to see him she didn't want me to see him. And that triggered several responses. She got an attorney accused me of domestic violence, which apparently back then was a common thing that I guess mothers would do to get a leg up in custody fights. Now it's a common thing doesn't change. Well, in Nevada, it's actually becoming a lot less common. But I do hear that another states, it's still the same. Anyway, I'm trying to be fair to the judiciary, because back then it was a routine thing to do. And now, not only is it not routine, but it can backfire.

Anyway, because of all of those allegations, ended up starting out with supervised visits, and then over the course of representing myself against the attorney, I went from supervised visits to visitation rights to primary physical custody or joint physical custody, and then the primary physical custody, then I got sole legal custody, then her visitation was suspended.

Then I had her banned from going to appointments and stuff. And then finally, her parental rights were terminated. And my wife adopted him. So I started from, you know, the very beginning with nothing in at the very end, everything, I hate to characterize it that way. And I would never do that if I didn't publish my entire series. The reason I say it so boldly now is because if people think that there's a problem with it, watch it. It's a 226 part series, by the time you're done with it, you will say, Okay, I see how this happened. So I mean, that's the we're gonna stay high level, because, you know, I'm all for 5050. So she must have done something really, really bad, and to lose her rights, or it's just a corrupt judiciary that you were able to exploit.

I'm guessing it's the former not the latter, though, if anyone exploited the judiciary with her and her attorney, as a non attorney, and I was in college, so it's not like I even I didn't even have the average amount of income that an ordinary person would have. I was filing for a fee waivers and form a poppers applications. So I mean, I really wasn't nobody. And the judge both judges on the way multiple times. So I had to file appeals, I ended up winning four Supreme Court appeals. And then I filed a writ petition got published. So justice Michael cherry of the Supreme Court, Nevada published a repetition that I had filed, it's named after me. So it took a lot of intervention from our high courts to get the case back on track.

And then it just took forever. It took over 20 hearings. I mean, you just took forever, it took hundreds of filings and a ton of hearings. And finally, after eight years, I got the outcome that was certainly in the best interest of our son. And I actually agree with you, I do not think that primary physical custody is the way to go.

Ordinarily, I do believe very much in joint physical custody, even though it didn't work in my case. And I do believe that termination of parental rights and the erasure of a parent is an absolute last resort. I do believe that as well. And that's one of the reasons that I published everything because I knew people would be very upset about that. So a lot of people will then watch the videos, and they will walk away and say I get it now. Anyway, go ahead.

Tell me about what happened with the trial courts in Nevada. They fucked up so badly. Well, I think it's a myriad of issues. I do. I guess, the first and most obvious problem that I faced and this is not consistent with all judges, but I would say most judges back then and now I would say maybe around three
