**Facing a felony charge of DUI in a fiery crash that left one dead Tuesday Morning. Source: Las Vegas Police Two cars involved: Toyota RAV4, Chevrolet Corvette (driven by Ruggs) Reported around 3:39am, Rainbow Boulevard near Spring Valley Parkway in Las Vegas. Road was closed off of Rainbow between Tropicana Ave and Flamingo Road for several hours. Ruggs’ car rear-ended the Toyota, killing one person inside. Ruggs show signs of impairment. Expected to be charged with felony DUI resulting in death. Person killed was a woman. Ruggs also had a female passenger in his car who was injured as well and transported to the hospital. No word on her condition. Ruggs is 22 years old, Raiders first round draft pick in the first round of the 2020 NFL draft. Played college at the University of Alabama. Ruggs’ attorney is doing their own investigation and asks everyone to reserve judgement until all the facts are gathered. Ruggs was transported to University Medical Center to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. It is an ongoing investigation.
