In this episode, I had a great conversation with fellow podcast host, Alexa Linton. Alexa hosts the Whole Horse Podcast and is an Equine Sports Therapist, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Animal Intuitive, an author and is studying Osteopathy!
Together we chat about:
- How she started riding and the journey to get her first horse in her early 20's
- Her introduction to communicating with animals and some of the synchronistic experiences she had
- The different styles of horsemanship she tried with her mare Diva and some of the lessons she learnt along the way

It was really nice to hear about how Alexa has navigated life so far as a very sensitive person and her transition from ignoring that side of herself to fully accepting it, even if that path wasn't the smoothest.
