He thought he was strong. He thought he could be the hero. But how quickly the world around him crumbled as he spoke those words, “I never knew Him.” When fear speaks, its voice is often louder than our loyalties and principles and leads us to places we don’t want to be. Some people defy expectations: Greta Thunberg, Nelson Mandela, the Jamaican bobsleigh team(!) They achieved more than anyone believed they could. Peter was one of those people – an unknown, impulsive fisherman. Against all odds, he left a legacy that we can still learn from. As unlikely as it must have seemed to those who knew him, he was the one who walked on water, saw Jesus for who he was and came back from public failure to be a leading figure in the early church. If God could use him, can he also raise us above WE HELP PEOPLE FIND & FOLLOW JESUS. We know that life is tough; now more than ever. We’re sure you’ve got questions and uncertainties, but we believe Jesus can make difference, that faith can bring hope; even in these times and that the Church should be light in the darkness. We’re embracing this new all-digital landscape and can’t wait to interact with you online.
