In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli sit down with GLOW member, Gretchen Stokes and break down the various types of MTB Racing and share stories and advice for those that may have never raced before but are curious about dipping their toe into the sport! We also continue our skills topic of cornering, we broke down Low, Look, and Lean but there is still SO MUCH MORE to cornering so this time we cover the all important, Line Choice.

Our shout out this episode goes to our friends down in Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT - BK NEMBA and Anna got to meet and sweep the VT 50 ride with Kristine Reilly who helps this crew and leads their weekly rides on Tuesdays at 5:30 pm. These rides are no-drop and all are welcome, but Drummer is definitely more technical. This group maintains several trail networks in the area - Drummer Hill, Stonewall Farm, and the Food Network, plus an incredible skills park. We are stoked that they also groom trails in the winter for fat biking, we are definitely going to be making a road trip this upcoming season!
