How can we be made right with God? This is a question that many religions try to answer. Perhaps you might sense that there is brokenness & wrongness in the human race. How is that to be fixed? How can human beings be made right with our perfect Creator? Our passage last week, Romans 3:21–31, shows us how.
Through the sermon, we were reminded of the message of the Christian faith — that we are made right with God through FAITH and through CHRIST. Putting these together, we see the deeply comforting truth that it is the object of our faith, Christ, that saves us — not even the intensity or clarity of our faith. We may suffer moments of doubt and distress as life goes by, but identifying with Christ as our Saviour makes us right with God.
