Khadija Mohamud (our host) was trained in Education. However, she often found herself frustrated by the limitations of traditional education which does not equip us with life skills to navigate real-life challenges which led her to pursue a PhD focusing on life skills development. During this journey, Khadija experienced a spiritual awakening which led her to discover the inside-out approach and the mind, body and soul connection transforming her life with the aid of Allah and enabled her to flourish through adversity and find tranquillity within her personal challenges and the pandemic. After experiencing these life-changing results, Khadija started sharing what she learnt and so @theHolistic_Educator was born.
