Today’s guest is Eric Lee. Eric is a restaurateur and food concept creator with over 12 years of experience in the industry in both the UK & Dubai. He is someone that is extremely passionate about food and after launching numerous successful concepts in the UK he decided to make the transition to Dubai where he and his partners have launched Ugly Burger & Ugly Noodles.
During this episode we discuss his journey with food, he shares his story of owning a Subway franchise & the lessons he gained from that experience, how to maintain quality at scale & the rise of mid-market food restaurants in the UAE.
