Truth: I used to be such a better giver than a receiver. I love planning and baking and sharing my love with others. But it was SOOO HARD not to feel bad when the tables were turned.
This spring, instead of celebrating my book launch, I was filled with something other than happiness. It was an old feeling, too. Dread. I viewed each reason for celebration as one check box from an endless to do list.
