This spooky Wednesday is our third installment of True Crime January, and we’re coming at you with one of the most classic of true crime subjects: H. H. Holmes. This man was one of, if not THE first serial killers. He had a pretty messed up childhood, and he killed a bunch of people, but somehow managed to keep an impressively active dating life. And who can blame the ladies for falling for him? That mustache. That super manipulative and toxic behavior. That ability to steal and mutilate corpses. Isn’t that every woman’s dream? And while he’s most well known for his Chicago murder castle, which no longer stands, we’re gonna tell you about his lesser-known murder house. A small rental cabin in Indianapolis where he murdered a child, and as a result, people who stay there say they encounter dark feelings and haunting occurrences.
