Mark Metry believes more people suffer from social anxiety than they realize. He wants to inspire you to have the confidence to just be yourself.

He's the author of Screw Being Shy. Several years ago he decided to go all in on his current business to become an advocate for social anxiety as a speaker, coach and trainer.

2) If this seems overly simple or stupid, that could be a trap preventing you from addressing your social anxiety, so be skeptical about your own thinking around the topic.

3) Realize that you don’t have all the answers.
