It’s tough being a kid—any kid!
And, a lot is going on with kids at each stage of their development.
In this episode, I talk about what it was like for me as a depressed and anxious adolescent.
I was the youngster who frowned and worried a lot, which doesn’t signify the end of the world, but it should have been a red flag!
