Casey Della Penna is also known as “Disc Golf Girl” and, in her hometown they know her as “Casey Colors.” Casey was involved in creating the Oak Ridge course in Massachusetts. In this episode, we explore Casey;s interesting journey with disc golf that includes finding her community, learning to throw left handed, and focusing on becoming a regular on the disc golf circuit. She also provides some wonderful insights for newer players including throwing our putters more and being patient with ourselves.
