Since joining Ole Miss Rebels Baseball in 2000, Coach Mike Bianco has proven that diligence definitely pays off. Synonymous with the national pastime, the winningest coach in the program’s history has solidified his place in history, alongside other baseball legends. Now in his 22nd season, after two Hall of Fame inductions from Seminole High School and Indian River Community College, two appearances in the College World Series, and named Collegiate Baseball National Coach of the Year twice for 2020 and 2022, the number 2 has somewhat proven itself to be a divine digit for the Ole Miss Rebel baseball team. With the bases loaded, he is here to talk about his life, his passion for the game, what the future holds and why he’s as rare as a triple play.
