With today’s show falling on the iconic holiday, why not bring insight into some of the real-life accounts, re-told stories and centuries-long traditions, that help to bring this season of celebration, to life with guests: Brian Riley, Founder of the Mississippi Paranormal Society, Melanie Roberts, Tour Guide with McRaven Mansion in Vicksburg and Lorena Quiroz, Founder and Director of the Immigrant Alliance for Justice & Equity of Mississippi. They’ll join Marshall today to discuss those aforementioned accounts, stories, traditions and more.
Marshall Ramsey, a nationally recognized, Emmy award winning editorial cartoonist, shares his cartoons and travels the state as Mississippi Today’s Editor-At-Large. He’s also host of a "Now You're Talking" on MPB Think Radio and "Conversations" on MPB TV, and is the author of several books. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a 2019 recipient of the University of Tennessee Alumni Professional Achievement Award.
