Hey Everyone!

I started the series about the eight facets of wellness, which will accompany a free e-book momentarily. Today's segment is on social wellness. It's SO, SO important because I believe that the sources of many people's stress lies with social wellness issues. So many of these issues can be mitigated with knowledge on what social wellness is and what you need to get there. Yes... YOU! You have an unbelievable amount of control in this area.

In this episode, I'll guide you through some exercises and reflections of how to start developing social wellness and how to start thinking about it in ways that don't aggrevate any situations.

I'm not providing any bookarks because frankly the entire episode is important and a lot of points tend to overlap one another. So take a moment and sit through it, and then listen a second time. It'll be worth it. I promise.
