Historically values such as grace, love, and kindness haven't been associated with business. In fact, many believed that business was a place of ego, manipulation, and backstabbing. Well, the tide is turning and more business leaders are waking up to the fact that workspace culture is arguably the most important aspect of business and are coming together with their teams to form places of work where everyone thrives.
In this episode, I'm joined by Amanda Holmes who is the CEO of Chet Holmes International. Before, inheriting her father’s multi-million-dollar enterprise, Amanda was one of those people who didn't want anything to do with business as she believed that business was a place of ego.
However, since taking over her father's company which specialises in helping companies double their sales Amanda has merged her father’s proven process with her own forward-thinking ideas to connect the old-school sales processes and way's of business with the world we live in today.
In the first two years of taking helm of the company, Amanda increased leads by 1176%, and doubled coaching clients two years in a row. Since then, Amanda has continued to scale the company making an impact worldwide with continued double-digit growth.
