The education system in one way or another has failed us all as it doesn't prepare us for going out into the big wide world. We don't learn financial planning, effective communication, active listening, and a countless list of skills, qualities, and traits that would enable us to navigate the world better and become a better version of ourselves.
Instead, we have to consciously choose to take it upon ourselves. However, only a few of us do because, for the most of us, we don't know what we don't know and stay living within the paradigm that has been set for us.
To live longer healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives forming our own path is something that we are to undertake and is one reason why this podcast exists. Alongside that, I'm passionate about changing society and challenging social norms so that future generations can live in a more conscious world for the betterment of humanity.
In this episode, we're joined by Elena Calita who is an Educator and Leadership Trainer as we discuss the outdated education system and what she is doing about it. Elena works with educators and the next generation to develop their skills, life and vision for the future so that they create the type of world they want to live in the world. Elena is doing amazing work with her local colleges introducing effective education into an outdated system.
