Today’s episode is inspired by an incredible human who frequently sends me messages of acknowledgement and support for the work I am doing. Earlier this week, I received a message from this person and as soon as I read it, I knew I had to come on the mic and talk to you all about it because some of the questions he asked, I just KNOW will resonate with so many of you.
I talk about what it REALLY took for me to transcend the deep shame, the deep unworthiness and the deep pain that I went through and how I continue to do the work to create and even DEEPER acceptance of myself and more worthiness from within. I share about my journey with disordered eating and the herpes virus and how they both have ultimately led to me being able to show up SO AUTHENTICALLY online and in my life.
