A professional boxer, ANBF champion, WBF Asia-Pacific champ, IBF Pan-Pacific champion and 2020 ANBF Fighter of the year, as well of being a father of two boys, Banging Benny Kite is gearing up for a redemption fight this weekend.
The number two welter weight in Australia was on a winning streak until he lost in a decision to Andrew Hunt.
This weekend, he takes to the ring to fight him again, and is planning on making sure the Aus welterweight championship belt is his.
We hit the road and visited Benny at Fortitude Boxing in Brisbane’s Bowen Hills to discuss his upcoming fight, parenthood as a professional fighter, the mentality of a boxer and plenty more.
