In this episode of Coping 101 - a youth-led series destigmatizing mental health presented by C89.5 fm and Seattle Children's - Nathan Hale High School student Amelie Couret hosts a peer-to-peer conversation with Kayanne McNeill, a Youth Crisis Specialist at Teen Link. Kayanne shares her story as a volunteer phone worker helping fellow teens across Washington state as they navigate the various challenges of adolescent life.
Teen Link is a program of Crisis Connections, with volunteers trained to help their peers with things like bullying, drug and alcohol concerns, gender identity, relationships, stress and depression.
