For Justin Hartley’s first role after finishing This Is Us, he went in a completely different direction with Tracker, playing a character who’s perfectly comfortable living off the grid as he bounces from town to town, making a living by helping to find missing people. Hartley said it wasn’t a role he specifically set out to find — instead, he says that This Is Us producer Ken Olin discovered the book the series is based upon and sold him on the character.
