Coach Fred Castro's Story:

Fred's journey to EMU is a good old-fashioned story about hard work and determination to succeed in this profession. From his start as a Student Assistant Coach at Oklahoma for Hall of Famer, Sherri Coale, to working his way across the country to eventually help Coach Mike Neighbors to a Final Four at Washington and getting hired at EMU in the most fascinating way possible, his "You never know who is watching" testimonial is simply a must-listen for young coaches.
