Our guest Regina Millern is a true advocate of mental health. Regina is from Brooklyn, NY but currently lives in the DMV. (DC-MD-VA area) She is a Licensed clinician which are licensed practitioners of the healing arts and qualified mental health professionals. She is a mother of a beautiful daughter.
In this episode, Regina discusses why mental health is so important to her. She opens up about her being raped. She talks about being molested as a child. Also, talks about dealing with the trauma of her husband taking his own life due to mental illness.
Rather if you, a loved one, friend, etc. struggles with mental illness, during this episode we hope you are encouraged through Regina's experiences of mental illness and God's grace.
