On this week’s episode of the Breakthrough Emotional Eating podcast, I’m happy to share the microphone with one of my Jumpstart clients, Gina. I am so proud of the deep work she’s been doing to uncover the reasons why she overeats and how eating has defined her sense of self-worth for too long.
