In this episode you'll discover how to creatively build a healthier relationship with your inner child. How to take care of their needs, hear them and also set healthy boundaries with them so they don't play out in your life in a dysfunctional way.
It's when our inner child isn't heard or looked after, we can often seek these needs to be met in all the wrong places. Partner relationships, teachers, employers, friends etc.
I share the characterisation of my own inner child, 'Little Lisa', who at first is a little shy but stay with it...she's pretty cute.
My hope is that this episode will inspire you to take the time to get to know your inner child, to nurture them and find rituals and ways to incorporate them into your adult life.
And that by reconnecting with your inner child, your joy, imagination and creativity come alive.
