Pamela's approach emphasizes mindfulness, meditation, self-care, and Functional Medicine, aiming to reduce compassion fatigue and burnout and to increase wellbeing among healthcare professionals. She serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Oklahoma City University’s Kramer School of Nursing, where she teaches courses in wellness coaching, community health, and mental health clinicals. Additionally, Pamela is a Senior Faculty member at the Integrative/International Nurse Coach Association, focusing on holistic presence and client-led training. Her research and personal experience in overcoming compassion fatigue make her a compassionate guide for those seeking to rejuvenate their professional and personal lives.
