Rushing through each day with the feeling that there’s never enough time - it might be the ultimate stressor to our nervous system (resulting in overthinking, fear and chronic illness).
It means that even if a woman “gets there” (to the relationship, motherhood, business etc) she’s probably burnt out, second guessing her choices, and is unlikely to be enjoying it as much as she’d imagined she would.
