Apex Fusion deployed bAP3X on Base through Skyline's Blade EVM infrastructure, connecting its tri-chain architecture (UTXO-based Vector, EVM-compatible Nexus, and Prime coordinator) to Coinbase's Layer 2 network. The implementation uses LayerZero's OFT standard to enable cross-chain transfers between fundamentally different blockchain execution models.
