For the second week in a row, the UFC main events with an important fight in the MIddleweight division. In the first half of this week's show we preview the upcoming UFC On ESPN: Whittaker vs. Gastelum, and afterwards we should have a pretty good idea about the next UFC Middleweight Championship contender.

Also, in the second half of the show we discuss the results of UFC On ABC: Vettori vs. Holland, and the recent Bellator and ONE Championship cards.

Finally, in our Hammer History segment, we look back 500 episodes to early June 2011, including Dos Santos vs. Carwin, Munoz vs. Maia, and some controversy including Rampage Jackson and Joe Rogan.
