6: Befriending Your Body: Lessons from an Endometriosis Journey with Jayde Rossi
Manage episode 300019182 series 2953776
I am so grateful to Jayde Rossi for sharing her very impactful and touching insights regarding how important it is to befriend our bodies.
Today Jayde and I pull back the curtain on some of the more tender moments that we have experienced within moments of uncertainty and how that then opened us up to understand how remarkable and beautiful our bodies really are.
Jayde desires to bring awareness to endometriosis while she simultaneously communicates a story that is very relatable whether or not you share that diagnosis.
She speaks with a kindness that invites us into territories that are too frequently not talked about - thus affording inroads to understanding the intelligence and beauty of these bodies that we get to live in.
I’m quite sure that her revelations about the body, mind, spirit and soul will leave you greatly encouraged.
If anyone you know is challenged with endometriosis, please feel free to pass this episode along to them.
