The Office of Personnel Management has reportedly advised all federal agencies to terminate their probationary employees. Federal workers can be on probation for up to two years before their civil service job protections begin. The order could affect more than nine-percent of the current federal workforce. Two ---- TikTok is back. The social media app returned to the Apple and Google app stores last night, after being removed almost a month ago in response to a national security law that went into effect. The app's return follows a letter from US Attorney General Pam Bondi informing Apple it wouldn't be fined for hosting the app. And number three — The Michigan Senate has approved a bill to save the state's tipped wage credit along with increasing the minimum wage. Last month, Trump offered money to millions of federal employees to entice them to quit, but multiple labor unions filed lawsuits. The Trump administration took the win and announced the close of the buyout offer to any federal workers who might still be undecided. That original closing date was February 6. Two ---- The White House says Wednesday's inflation report shows the Biden administration left them a mess to deal with. The latest CPI report showed the annual inflation ticked up to three-percent in January.
