On today's episode, I have guest Michael Lau who is one of the co-founders of The Prehab Guys who have grown to over 600,000 instagram followers. Michael received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California. He has a special interest in treating ACLs and other lower extremity injuries. He is currently working in an out-patient rehab facility, Evolution Physical Therapy in Santa Monica, CA
