Kera lost her mom unexpectedly in June of 2023. She channeled her grief and all the things she's craving to hear from her mom into a guided journal so that we can leave behind advice, love and support for our loved ones. You can find her journal, Legacy Letters, on Amazon at this link:

Kera's Take-Away: You need to find people who get it. You can't expect people that don't get it to get it, because you don't know what you don't know. It's possible to get to the other side where at least you can function again. You learn how to carry on and bring your loved one with you.
