Cindy Song decided to move to America in pursuit of a better education in 1995. For all intents and purposes, she was achieving everything she had set out to do in that aspect. In 2001, she went out with friends on Halloween night and got dropped off at her apartment in the early hours of November 1st, and that was the last time anyone saw Cindy ever again.
