Manuel Grundner has contributed to several open-source projects and manages one himself, Xenial Framework. Like a lot of open-source projects, Manuel started Xenial based on a need he saw when consulting with different clients. We go over some of the pros and cons of creating and managing an open-source project and how you can avoid some of the pitfalls to ensure your open-source project thrives now and in the future.
