Leslie is a self-care strategist for female CEOs and their teams, and provide clients with self-care strategies for them to prevent burnout and enhance their quality of life both in their business and beyond in their personal life.
The workshop goes into detail about the significance of self-care in our lives - particularly for those in high stress roles in the service based industry - and how to recognise and prevent the four stages of burnout.
